Reminders before a read
When we remind you, and where the reminders go.
We send three reminders for every scheduled read:

| 1 hour before | Project chat and email |
Reminders use the time zone in your Preferences. If a reminder shows up at an odd hour, check that first.
Turning email reminders off
You can turn off reminder emails in Preferences, but the chat reminders stay on. We'd rather you didn't: a missed reminder is the most common reason a seat sits empty.

Open Calendar. It lists every read you've claimed, with the room link.
