When your Tickets renew
Your renewal date, and what happens to unused Tickets.
Your Tickets renew on the same day each month: the day you started your plan. You'll find the exact date under Settings → Billing.
On renewal day
- Your monthly allotment resets to the full amount.
- Tickets from your allotment that you didn't use don't roll over.
- Tickets you bought separately stay until you use them.
Changing plans
If you move to a bigger plan, you get the difference in Tickets right away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect on your next renewal date.
